Digging for Gold in swimming areas has never been so efficient!

Don't be fooled by lesser products. We have perfected the design of the Stealth and while imitation is the highest form of flattery, there are problems with the knock-offs built by other suppliers. Some of these scoops use a square handle that you purchase separately and attach to their scoop. The Stealth comes with a round handle attached to the midpoint of the scoop.

It's hard to explain but the handle on the back of a scoop makes it very unstable when you dig. When you push with your foot the scoop wants to go sideways and not straight forward. We made a proto-type with this concept about 10 years ago and it was horrible and you will never see a Stealth scoop with this design. When a square handle is inserted there is clearance and this creates too much play which does not give you a nice solid feel. Drilling holes in the handle establishes a weak spot where the handle often cracks.

The square handle is very difficult to grip and when you work a beach for hours you need the most effective and comfortable design available which can mean the difference from finding that extra band for the day valued at $240 - $450 with gold at $1400+ an oz.

How to use your scoop:

1st: Put your foot on the main area of the foot pad (the 45 degree area) and push the point of the scoop down at about a 45 degree angle into the sand.

2nd: Put your toe at the top of the foot pad and with your heel in the sand pull back on the handle. The front of the scoop will swing forward and up, just like a steam shovel!!! It really works well.

SunSpot scoops disassemble for traveling. Just check your handle when flying.

Terms and Conditions

General:
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, a free secure/insured online service.

We also accept payment by USPS money order or by cashier's check.

Make money orders or cashier's checks payable to North Georgia Relics and mail to North Georgia Relics, P.O. Box 1941, Dalton, GA 30722-1941.

Please contact us to insure items are still available before sending payment.

We use Priority Mail for shipping small items and UPS for larger items.

Shipping and insurance will be added to all orders.

Shipments outside the continental US will incur addition freight charges.

Georgia residents must include 7% sales tax.

After an order is placed and confirmed by us, the item will be held for 7 days for payment to arrive. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be relisted.

Metal Detectors:
All metal detectors are new unless otherwise described.

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns on metal detectors. Most dealers who do accept returns do not refund shipping, insurance or credit card fees and charge a 20% restocking fee. You are much better served by selling the machine on one the the forums.

Relics:
All relics are guaranteed original and are described to the best of our ability. Please feel free to ask any questions before you buy.

If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 5 business days for a refund, provided the item is in the same confition as when it was shipped to you. Shipping, insurance and credit card fees are not refundable. Please notify me before returning an item.

We offer a 60 day lay-away program with an initial 33% down payment, 33% due in 30 days and the balance due in 60 days. Please Note - Due to the period of time that items on lay-away are tied up, there is not return privilege for these items. Please be certain that you genuinely want the item before placing on lay-away. All cancelled lay-away items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and refunds are net of credit card fees, if applicable.
